The Contractor Check, the AUD cost calculator and our guides give general information based on public Philippine rules and indicative exchange rates. They are not legal, tax or employment advice for your situation. Costs shown are estimates. Your actual costs are set out in your written breakdown and service agreement.

Prices and offers

Prices, guarantees and offers on this site describe what we offer today. They apply to you once they are in a signed service agreement, and the agreement’s terms govern them. We may update the site at any time.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send us someone else’s details without their permission.

Our content

The text, design and tools on this site belong to People Helm Inc. You can share links and quote short parts with credit. Don’t copy whole pages or tools. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sources such as government sites and court decisions. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on the site or its tools without a written agreement with us.
