What we collect here, and why.

Who we are

What we collect

• ✓What you type into a form: name, work email, company, team size, how you pay your team, a short note.
• ✓Your answers and result from the Contractor Check, only if you ask us to email them.
• ✓Basic server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser, pages visited).

The checks run in your browser. If you don’t send us your email, your answers stay on your device.

Why

To send what you asked for, reply to you, and follow up once. We don’t sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services that run this site: Netlify (hosting and forms), HighLevel (our CRM), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Workspace (email) and Google Fonts. Full list: sub-processors.

How long we keep it

Up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll answer within 15 working days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and HighLevel’s tracking script to see which pages are visited, how people scroll and click, and how they found us. Clarity records anonymised sessions and heatmaps, with typed text masked. These tools store anonymous IDs in your browser. If you send us a form, your earlier visits on this site are linked to your enquiry. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell this data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
